
MU Alumni Kenya Chapter: Together Beyond Graduation
The Mogadishu University Alumni Office successfully organized the 20th edition of its “Coffee with Alumni” program in Nairobi, Kenya.The event was graced by Dr. Ibrahim Mohamed Mursal, President of Mogadishu University, along with several alumni currently residing in Kenya for work, education, or family purposes.
This special gathering aimed to strengthen the relationship between the university and its graduates, while encouraging alumni to play a more active role in community development, the advancement of research, enhancing the quality of education, and mentoring current students.
📍The Kenya Chapter brings together graduates living and working in Kenya to strengthen connections, share experiences, and contribute to both community and university development. Whether you’re a long-time resident or newly arrived, the chapter offers a space to reconnect with old classmates, expand your professional network, and participate in meaningful local initiatives.
During the event, the university president gave insightful updates on Mogadishu University’s current progress, long-term vision, and strategic direction. Alumni in attendance also asked questions and shared valuable suggestions for the betterment of the university.
Coffee with Alumni is a monthly initiative designed to create space for knowledge exchange, network building, and fostering a sense of belonging among Mogadishu University alumni worldwide.
