It is a great day to rejoice and celebrate your graduation victory as a sign of national pride and optimism, which in turn, is an indication of the positive academic direction that our country is heading. As such, your graduation achievement today is the realization of the first step of your future opportunities, and it is yours to secure and utilize for a better future.

As you graduate from this institution, I hope you will carry a message of hope, transformation, and cooperation with your peers and your countrymen, as well as serve your people and your country with sincerity and honesty. Over twenty years of service for this country, this university has demonstrated a track record of educational honesty, academic excellence, and institutional competence.
